細胞阻抗分析的功能單元是一組嵌入微孔板底面的微金電極。當浸入導電溶液(如緩沖液或標準組織培養(yǎng)基)中時,在這些電極間施加電壓會使電子離開負極、流經細胞或培養(yǎng)基,然后回到正極形成完整電回路。
