Product Details
- 分析 DNA 片段和彌散條帶（如用于 NGS 文庫 QC），可進(jìn)行客觀定量、分子量測(cè)定和純度測(cè)定
- 在 35–1000 bp（D1000 ScreenTape 檢測(cè)）和 100–5000 bp（D5000 ScreenTape 檢測(cè)）的較寬范圍內(nèi)測(cè)定準(zhǔn)確的分子量
- 每個(gè)樣品約在 1 分鐘內(nèi)得到數(shù)據(jù)，快速獲得結(jié)果。
- 減少樣品消耗量，僅需 1 μL DNA 樣品。
- 定量 0.1–50 ng/μL 的 DNA 樣品。
- 使用即用型 ScreenTape 膠條、預(yù)包裝試劑和自動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)分析，快速簡(jiǎn)便地進(jìn)行樣品 QC。
