High Sensitivity Genomic DNA ScreenTape Analysis

The High Sensitivity Genomic DNA (HS gDNA) ScreenTape assay for TapeStation systems provides fast and reliable automated electrophoretic separation of precious, low-abundance genomic DNA samples. This assay enables precise and highly sensitive separation, sizing, quantification, and integrity analysis of low-concentrated DNA samples ranging from 200 to over 60,000 base pairs using the DNA Integrity Number (DIN) quality metric.
The established DIN quality score allows for objective gDNA quality assessment for input quality control in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications. It can be used for samples from various sources, including formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) material.
The assay is compatible with the Agilent 4150 and 4200 TapeStation instruments for automated electrophoresis.
