ProteoAnalyzer System
The ProteoAnalyzer system separates proteins from 10 to 240 kDa allowing for the analysis of proteins over a wide range of sizes in a single run. The discrete individual capillaries are rejuvenated between every separation allowing for the analysis of diverse samples including monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, protein purification fractions, and crude lysates.

- High sensitivity—Detect as low as 1 ng/μL concentration of BSA protein in PBS
- Wide sample concentration range—Linear dynamic range of 2 - 2,000 ng/μL BSA sample in PBS
- Improved lab efficiency—Load samples and program next runs while a separation is currently in process
- Walk away automation—Hold up to three 96-well plates
- Flexible sample loading—Move samples up or down in queue to adjust run priorities
- Minimal instrument preparation—Does not require daily array handling and utilizes room-temperature stable reagents
